The Garden Cottage has been let as a self catering cottage since 1993 and has had Visit Wales 5 star rating since 1997. It is just 1/2 mile outside Ruthin. The cottage is single storey and is in a lovely secluded setting in 1/3 acre of mixed orchard to the rear of October Farm.
The twin bedroom faces the orchard and the double bedroom opens through patio doors onto a decked area with a view of the Clwydian Range.
The property is all on one level and has full facilities including Wi-Fi access.
The lounge/diner has a large TV and a video player with an extensive library of tapes and CDs. The adjoining fitted kitchen has a microwave, cooker with ceramic hotplate, fridge, dishwasher and automatic washing machine. There is access to large chest freezer in an adjacent building.
The bathroom includes a bath, separate walk-in shower and heated towel rail.
Bookings are Saturday to Saturday and we are open 12 months of the year.
We are ideally placed for visiting all of the North and West coasts of Wales. We provide a welcome pack of local produce and, on request, will produce walking or driving maps to places of interest not always advertised by the tourist information centres.
