Hafannedd is a former 17th century woollen mill on the banks of the River Clwyd, situated on the edge of the Clwydian Range Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and within easy reach of Chester and North Wales' major attractions. There are two independent apartments, the Studio and the Mill, within the former mill building and a separate Cottage, featuring a riverside deck. The units can each accommodate 4 or 5 persons.
The enclosed grounds include a paddock for games, barbecue, seating and ample parking. A laundry, drying room and computer with internet are available for guests’ use, with wi-fi throughout the property. All units are centrally heated and also have wood-burning stoves. Prices include kitchen stocked with basic foodstuffs, linen, fuel, free wifi etc; there are no extras.
The minimum stay is two nights, except during school holidays when a one week minimum applies. Prices per unit are £300 - £475 a week or £60 - £95 per night.
