Dating back to the 17th century, when it was originally built as a farmhouse, this lovely old inn offers splendid hospitality to all who enter. As attractive inside as the exterior would suggest, this is a place of low beamed ceilings and roaring log fires in winter, which all add to the olde worlde atmosphere.
Jim, Julie and their staff have gained an enviable reputation locally for the high standard of food served here, taken in either the bar or, more formally, in the separate dining room. The menu offers excellent choice of tasty pub favourites with many interesting alternatives.
Add to this the inviting accommodation available at the Druid and this is really an inn that provides everything a traveller could wish for.
Set in truly beautiful countryside, the Druid Inn radiates warmth and old fashioned atmosphere that you might have thought had disappeared for ever but it exists here, so come and enjoy!
All the Guest Rooms have recently been refurbished and are all en-suite.
