The Owain Glyndwr Inn takes it's name from the last Welsh Prince of Wales. The Inn is about 250 years old and is built of traditional Welsh Slate with a Slate Roof. It stands eleveated above the stunning surrounding countryside with panoramic views seeing as far as Liverpool and Blackpool.
Inside the atmosphere is friendly, welcoming and cosy with an open log fire and original wood beams.
Traditional pub-food is served in the evening and on Sunday lunch times.
There is a full selection of drinks available, including a Cask Ale - Black Sheep.
We have 4 ensuite Bed & Breakfast accommodation rooms; one double room; two single rooms and a twin room.
The historic town of Mold is only 3 miles away where busy markets are held every Wednesday and Saturday.
Just behind the Inn there is Moel Findeg and only a short distance away is Loggerheads Country Park and Moel Famau - the highest point within the Clwydian Range.
